The Four Core Goals of the American Bar Association

The former treasurer of the Juneau Economic Development Council, Bruce Weyhrauch is an attorney who serves individuals, businesses, and labor organizations from his law practice in Juneau, Alaska.

Bruce Weyhrauch is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), which promotes accessibility within the American justice system.

The ABA operates with four core goals: 1. Serve ABA members. Provide a wide range of programs and services that help members develop professionally and enjoy a greater quality of life.
2. Improve the legal profession. Offer high-quality educational resources and continually promote high standards of ethics, professionalism, and competence within the legal sphere. Encourage pro bono services where needed.
3. Enhance diversity. Eradicate bias within the justice system and promote equal participation within the system for all people.
4. Advance the rule of law. Hold governments accountable to the rule of law, ensure independence within the profession, and make certain that all people have meaningful access to justice.
